1. ATTENDANCE FEE
Adults and Teens 13 yrs and over: $170
Children 12 years and under: $100
Children 10 years and under must be accompanied by a training adult.

USE YOUR NAME as the reference. Bulk dojo registrations WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, each payment MUST be registered individually.

Deposit 50% The balance in cash will be collected at camp (do not deposit full fees!).
As always all deposits are non-refundable. Your registration will only be valid on receiving both registration and deposit.
